I am here explaining the method of installing MIUI 9 with android nougat for stable version of Redmi devices.Since stable version includes only Redmi Note 4 device other are almost of beta version so don't try it for the other devices.
Method:
1.First make sure that your device has sufficient charge.
2.Take a backup of your device through a PC or use cloud storage.
3.Then download a stable ROM and flash it via fastboot update on your PC which is of size 2044 MB.
4.Now you find a 'downloaded_rom' folder in your internal storage of device.Copy the downloaded ROM file into the folder.
5.After that go through the updater app in your device and choose update package which opens through rom_folder where you copied the ROM file and choose it and your device starts automatically upgrading and boot to the new version when the Update is completed.
